About the Role
Aviva Life Insurance Company India Limited is recruiting for the role of Relationship Manager, with employment directly on the company's payroll, excluding agency-based hires. This position requires a blend of office-based and fieldwork activities.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in any field sales role; candidates with valid supporting documents and prior experience are preferred.
- Must have a graduate degree with passing certificate mandatory.
- Age eligibility ranges from 22 to 39 years.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is compulsory for the role.
- Must hold a valid PAN card.
- Submission of required documentation for experienced candidates includes previous employer offer letters, experience letters, salary slips, along with academic certificates for 10th, 12th, and graduation levels.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed in-hand salary ranges between ₹21,000 (₹25,000 CTC) and ₹40,000 (₹45,000 CTC) depending on experience and documents provided.
