Overview
Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Company Ltd is urgently seeking Relationship Managers for the Direct Sales Channel. This role involves providing tailored insurance solutions to meet customers' financial needs while serving as the key liaison between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct sales through scheduled appointments at customer homes or offices.
- Ensure follow-up and conversion of leads assigned by the call center.
- Achieve self-generated sales targets.
- Maintain and update business reports, sales call MIS, lead utilization, and conversion data daily using LMS systems.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in life insurance, personal loans, real estate brokerage, BFSI sales, or related financial products.
- Graduate degree with strong communication abilities.
- Age range: 25 to 38 years.
- Proficiency in English and any regional languages.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Must be a local resident of the target location.
- Strong sales and marketing skills coupled with confidence.
- Preferably candidates with direct experience in life insurance sales.
Work Locations and Compensation
- Positions primarily based in Mumbai (Chembur), Delhi (Janakpuri, Kirti Nagar, Preet Vihar), Gurugram, Noida, Bhopal, Indore, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Nashik, Pune (SB & BG Road), Surat, Vadodara.
- Offered CTC ranges between INR 2.4 to 4.0 Lakhs annually depending on location and experience, with maximum up to INR 5 Lakhs for those with substantial life insurance sales expertise.
- Monthly take-home salary between INR 20,000 and 33,000 plus unlimited incentive potential.
Additional Information
The role offers a fixed salary component along with unlimited incentives and career advancement opportunities. Experience range accepted is from 1 to 5 years, targeting candidates aged 25 and above.
