About the Role
Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited is looking to recruit motivated and goal-driven Relationship Managers (Sales Officers) for its Home Loan and Mortgage Loan portfolio in Pune. This role involves driving business growth, acquiring clients, building referral networks, and meeting allocated sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and source customers for Home Loans, Housing Loans, and Loan Against Property products.
- Identify prospective borrowers by conducting field visits, leveraging references, and participating in market outreach activities.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and other sales channels.
- Clarify loan offerings, eligibility norms, interest rates, and documentation procedures to potential clients.
- Collect necessary customer documents and coordinate seamlessly with credit and operations teams to facilitate loan processing.
- Track loan applications proactively to ensure timely approval and disbursement.
- Meet or exceed monthly business objectives while maintaining strong customer relations.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and lending guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales related to Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property, or Housing Loans.
- Educational qualification of any graduate degree or an MBA specializing in Finance or Marketing.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, customer interaction, and sales techniques.
- Willingness to undertake local travel for field sales engagements and customer meetings.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual CTC ranging from ₹220,000 to ₹350,000.
