About the Role

Blueprint Wealth is actively seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our expanding team based in Perth. This role is designed for professionals with over five years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or financial advisory support. The chosen candidate will be the main liaison for a designated client portfolio, collaborating closely with our Financial Advisers to manage reviews, implement advice strategies, handle client inquiries, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will coordinate with Advisers and clients, managing ongoing relationships and administrative duties linked to financial advice processes, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of five years’ practical experience in financial planning or wealth management sectors.
• Thorough knowledge of financial planning methodologies and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to support Advisers while managing client relationships effectively.
• Outstanding communication and skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with capacity to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
• A proactive, client-focused mindset paired with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
