Job description
Position Overview
Fundingbazaar is seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to manage various loan portfolios including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Balance Transfers (BT). This role involves direct customer engagement, regular follow-up for smooth case progress, and coordination through documentation, login, sanction, and disbursement stages. Success in this position is measured by achieving monthly sales targets.
Primary Duties
- Manage a range of loan cases such as home loans and personal/business loans.
- Engage and build relationships with customers, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
- Coordinate all stages of loan processing from documentation to disbursal.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals related to loan products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, loan processing, or as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in regional languages, particularly Tamil, is advantageous.
Additional Details
- Job location: Delhi NCR region.
- Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month plus additional incentives.
