Regulatory Solicitor

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Regulatory Solicitor to join our Dublin office. This role is designed for a solicitor with between four and eight years post-qualification experience, aiming to provide expert advice on complex regulatory and public law issues. You'll benefit from hybrid working arrangements that blend flexibility with in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on regulatory frameworks, statutory requirements, and public law matters.
• Prepare detailed legal advice, submissions, correspondence, and sophisticated legal documentation.
• Assist clients throughout regulatory processes and related legal disputes.
• Conduct thorough research and interpret current legislation and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members and establish strong client rapport.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor holding 4-8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Background in regulatory law, public law, administrative law, or comparable advisory areas.
• Outstanding legal drafting and analytical skills with the capability to navigate complex legislation.
• Proven ability to autonomously manage cases while also functioning as a cooperative team member.
• Excellent communication abilities and experience managing client relationships.
• Preferably experienced in advising regulators or entities within highly regulated industries.
