About Veretis Psychology

Veretis Psychology is a specialised performance psychology clinic located in Sydney CBD, focusing on clinical and corporate counselling, consulting, and broad psychological services. We are currently expanding our clinical team to provide enhanced services to private clients as well as those supported through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Australian Defence Force (ADF) members, and individuals with work-related or mental injury claims under WorkCover.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based psychological therapies to a varied client population.
  • Create and uphold individualized treatment plans utilizing diagnostic formulations and proven interventions.
  • Coordinate care through effective communication with general practitioners, psychiatrists, case managers, and other relevant professionals.
  • Adhere to high standards of ethical, professional, and culturally sensitive practice, ensuring accurate clinical records and timely documentation.

Candidate Profile

  • Fully registered Psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); clinical endorsement is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in psychological therapy, particularly in trauma, occupational stress, and mood or anxiety disorders.
  • Eligibility or willingness to obtain provider status for ADF clients via BUPA and registration for WorkSafe/WorkCover services.
  • Proficient in therapeutic formulation, intervention planning, and engaging clients effectively.
  • Competent with digital tools and practice management software.
  • Outstanding professional judgment, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Possession or willingness to obtain a current Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
  • Residing in or near Sydney to fulfill on-site duties.
