Role Overview

The full-time, on-premise position based in the Jazan Region calls for a Registered Professional Land Surveyor to manage and conduct land and topographic surveys, including those related to buildings and infrastructure, complying with project and regulatory mandates. Key duties involve operating and maintaining surveying tools like total stations, gathering and verifying field data to assure accuracy, and producing detailed survey reports, drawings, and digital records. The role necessitates collaboration with engineering and construction units and supports geospatial and project management endeavors. All work must be conducted in line with safety, quality, and company protocols during fieldwork and at the office.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive knowledge in land surveying methods, with hands-on experience in both fieldwork and office tasks.
  • Expertise in topographic and building surveys for construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in handling total station equipment, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Educational credentials in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Land Surveyor in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Capability to interpret technical drawings, maps, and specifications and generate comprehensive surveying documentation.
  • Skilled in using CAD/GIS and surveying software, with knowledge of digital data handling and quality control.
  • Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, adaptable to diverse field conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Dedicated to abiding by health, safety, and environmental protocols, with readiness to work full-time in the Jazan location.
