Registered Pharmacist

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Pharmacist to join Mahi Hospital in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medicines accurately, advising patients on medication guidance, and maintaining meticulous records of stock and prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications based on prescriptions, ensuring correct dosage and administration guidelines are communicated.
• Provide counseling to patients regarding proper medication use, cautionary information, and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications dispensed, prescriptions received, and stock inventory.
• Regularly monitor and manage inventory levels, including checking for expired medications.
• Collaborate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Ensure safe storage of pharmaceutical products under the mandated conditions.
• Adhere strictly to pharmacy laws, healthcare standards, and internal policies.
• Address and resolve patient or customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Remuneration

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 20000 INR.
