Overview

Join our Pan-India social service organization as a Regional Manager overseeing administration, operations, and public grievance coordination. This role is exclusively open to women professionals committed to field-based work involving frequent interstate travel across India. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between vulnerable communities and public authorities to ensure lawful, transparent grievance resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administration and operations across multiple states nationwide
  • Manage public grievance processes and assist applicants with proper documentation
  • Engage directly with underprivileged individuals and guide them through grievance procedures
  • Collaborate with government and public agencies including local courts, revenue offices, tribunals, and high courts
  • Oversee staff and field teams to ensure smooth execution of welfare, legal, and rural development programs
  • Maintain case files, official correspondences, reports, and digital records including MIS and Excel documentation
  • Coordinate with legal professionals and authorized advocates for case-related activities
  • Participate actively in public awareness and welfare campaigns in field locations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Mandatory: Graduate degree
  • Preferred: Advanced qualifications such as MBA, MSW, LLB, Public Administration, Rural Development, Sociology, Commerce or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience; 8-15 years preferred
  • Experience desired in administration, multi-state operations, government and legal coordination, public grievance handling, NGO and social welfare management, project and team management, and MIS reporting

Language Skills

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory
  • Knowledge of regional Indian languages is an advantage
  • Multilingual candidates will be given additional preference

Computer Skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email, PDF handling, Google Drive and Google Sheets
  • Experience in MIS reporting and digital file management
  • Comfort with online and video communication platforms

  • Frequent interstate and pan-India travel with possible overnight stays away from base
  • Active participation in official meetings and programs in rural and urban settings

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly salary ranging between INR 50,000 and INR 70,000, based on qualifications and experience
  • Separate reimbursement of approved official travel expenses including TA/DA and accommodations
