Role Overview

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Regional Business Process Manager will spearhead efforts to enhance business process excellence, standardize procedures, implement automation, and lead digital transformation initiatives across the regional operations. Collaborating closely with Business Process Owners, agency teams, and senior leadership, the incumbent will focus on operational efficiency, governance enhancement, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive process evaluations to uncover improvement, automation, and digitalization opportunities.
  • Promote standardization and best practices across regional agencies to ensure operational consistency.
  • Design and refine workflows to boost efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives throughout various business functions.
  • Assess and develop automation solutions including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to execute technology-enabled process enhancements.
  • Support digital transformation projects to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Lead and contribute to process improvement projects, particularly in Sales and Customer Service departments.
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and deployment activities.
  • Champion change management to facilitate smooth adoption of new procedures and technologies.
  • Track key performance indicators and analyze process performance to identify gaps and corrective measures.
  • Prepare performance reports and advise regional leadership on operational improvements.
  • Develop training programs for Business Process Specialists and foster strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Maintain alignment of stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or similar disciplines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Project Management.
  • Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capability to translate business needs into practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Familiarity with process mining tools and methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, or supply chain sectors is preferred.

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent in Project Management.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Change Management credentials like CCMP, COPC, or equivalent.
