About North Leinster MABS
The Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS) is a nationally recognized, free, confidential, and independent support system that assists individuals who are in debt or at risk of debt. Each local MABS organization is deeply rooted in its community, working directly with clients to manage immediate financial challenges, identify suitable solutions, and engage with creditors on their behalf.
Position Overview
North Leinster MABS is currently recruiting for a permanent Regional Administrator based in their Navan, County Meath office. This is a full-time role requiring 35 hours per week. The Regional Administrator will play a pivotal role by assisting with vital HR, finance, and governance duties to ensure the organization complies with all legal and regulatory standards while supporting smooth internal operations.
Key Information
- Permanent role subject to successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
- Salary range: €32,374 to €47,778 annually (including two long service increments), with pro-rata adjustments for part-time staff.
- New hires typically start at the first point on the salary scale; however, incremental credit based on competencies and employment history can be requested within the first three months. Approval is subject to board decision and funding availability.
- A panel of suitably qualified candidates may be formed to fill future permanent full-time Regional Administrator positions in the next twelve months, based in Navan.

- MABS has a normal retirement age consistent with the State Pension age (currently 66 years).
