Role Summary

The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to customers while ensuring the store maintains a clean, stocked, and inviting environment. This fast-paced position requires an ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Deliver attentive and exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness and ensure products are well-stocked and presentable.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to be physically active, including standing for extended periods and performing moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• Adapt to flexible working hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and promote a wide selection of products and promotions.
