About the Role

We are looking to add a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to our expanding team. In this position, you will be instrumental in sourcing and engaging candidates for our agency, providing an excellent entry-level opportunity for those aiming to develop a career in recruitment with provided mentorship. This role welcomes applications from students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential candidates via LinkedIn, various job platforms, social networks, and employee referrals.
• Organize and manage interview schedules, serving as the communication link between applicants and hiring personnel.
• Keep detailed recruitment reports updated, tracking candidates as they move through each stage of the hiring process.
• Support the onboarding process, ensuring all required documents are collected and processed for successful hires.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• Open to students, fresh graduates, and those without prior work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail paired with effective organizational and time management abilities.
• A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and capability to thrive in a fast-moving workplace.
