Job Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist based at our Qiddiyah site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to manage recruitment processes both for our head office and project sites. This is an on-site, full-time position focused on sourcing and hiring highly qualified candidates in technical, engineering, and site-related roles.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through to extending job offers.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and recruitment agencies to find suitable talent.
- Perform candidate screening including CV evaluation and initial interviews, collaborating effectively with hiring managers throughout the process.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines especially targeting technical and engineering positions critical to project needs.
- Assist in achieving Saudization (Nitaqat) objectives by focusing on sourcing local talent.
- Manage offer negotiations, onboarding formalities, and coordinate Qiwa contract procedures alongside Government Relations.
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems and prepare reports measuring key hiring metrics.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Have between three to five years of recruitment experience, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in talent sourcing, particularly proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws, Qiwa platform, and Saudization policies (Nitaqat) is highly advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
- Be well-organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adept at managing large volumes of recruitment activities.
