Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full recruitment cycles spanning diverse roles within a busy setting
- Create job advertisements, assess applications, and perform initial candidate screenings
- Schedule interviews and collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on staffing needs
- Engage in active sourcing strategies, including headhunting and developing talent pools
- Ensure candidates enjoy a seamless and positive recruitment experience
- Provide insights on talent market trends and support ongoing improvements in recruitment processes
Experience and Skills Preferred
- Between one and two years of recruitment experience, ideally as an in-house recruiter in Retail or FMCG sectors
- Proven capability in talent pooling, proactive sourcing, and headhunting
- A track record managing numerous positions efficiently in high-volume recruitment environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Strong prioritization skills and capacity to meet tight deadlines
- A proactive approach with a focus on solutions and meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable using various recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
