Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Officer based onsite in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting detailed job descriptions, managing the end-to-end hiring process, conducting interviews, and identifying ideal candidates to fulfill organizational staffing needs. Daily activities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing talent, and nurturing candidate relationships to foster a positive recruitment journey.

• Demonstrated experience in creating job descriptions and handling hiring procedures.
• Capable in interviewing techniques and recruiting suitable candidates.

• Exposure to financial services industry is advantageous.
• Minimum education requirement of Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
