Eternal HR is a prominent manpower outsourcing and temporary staffing firm, managing workforce operations across 22 states and over 300 cities in sectors including general trade sales, modern trade sales, agriculture, factories, warehouses, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and accounts to ensure timely joining with each company.
- Oversee internal recruitment processes and provide training to recruiter teams.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit, along with Google Sheets and other recruitment tools for efficient workflow.
- Build and expand recruitment networks to support bulk hiring and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Plan and execute mass hiring campaigns to meet staffing demands.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced recruiter with 5 to 10 years in the staffing industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams of recruiters effectively.
- Skilled at managing recruitment requirements across multiple company locations.
- Capable of training and mentoring recruitment teams for enhanced performance.
Eligibility
Open to candidates who have completed any graduate degree.
