Position Overview

The role requires a proactive and goal-oriented Recruitment Executive with prior exposure in nursing or healthcare staffing. This individual will collaborate closely with the recruitment team based in Ireland to fulfill increasing staffing needs, guaranteeing the placement of qualified candidates across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Irish recruitment personnel to address regional staffing demands.
• Implement recruitment campaigns jointly with consultants, advertising job openings on relevant platforms.
• Leverage diverse sourcing tools and channels to develop and preserve a robust candidate pipeline.
• Conduct initial screenings and telephonic as well as final interviews with candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle adhering to company protocols.
• Confirm candidate compliance with training and onboarding prerequisites.
• Operate autonomously while reporting to the Recruitment Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Between seven months and one year of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Competence with scheduling tools and CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and effectively.
• International recruitment experience is highly valued.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Additional Information

This opportunity is a full-time, onsite position based in Kochi, Kerala, India, with direct reporting to the Recruitment Manager.
