Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to fill vacant positions in the industrial sector.
- Maintain and develop strong connections within your candidate network.
- Conduct pre-employment procedures including reference checks, interviews, and qualification verification.
- Provide outstanding support and service to field employees during their assignments.
- Participate in community-focused projects that inspire positive change and tangible results.
Candidate Profile
- An enthusiastic individual keen on helping others succeed.
- Organized with a focus on achieving results.
- Exceptional customer service skills paired with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in high-volume administration or customer service roles is advantageous.
