Role Overview

This full-time position based in Dublin combines direct recruitment responsibilities with managing client accounts. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, handle recruitment requirements comprehensively, and ensure placement success.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Fully manage recruitment cycles from vacancy assessment through placement.
  • Identify and engage candidates through various sourcing channels including databases, professional networks, and job platforms.
  • Conduct screening interviews and qualification discussions to assess candidate suitability.
  • Match candidates to client specifications and prepare professional candidate summaries.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and relay timely feedback to clients and candidates.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and support effective onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Build and nurture a robust network within specialist markets.
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a primary contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand clients’ business demands, recruitment challenges, and workforce needs.
  • Communicate proactively about vacancies, candidate progress, and market insights.
  • Identify new recruitment prospects within existing accounts.
  • Ensure service levels meet or exceed client expectations consistently.
  • Address issues promptly to maintain positive client experiences.
  • Engage with key decision-makers and hiring managers to strengthen partnerships.
  • Achieve targets related to placements, revenue, and business development.
  • Maintain pipelines of candidates, vacancies, and potential clients.
  • Report regularly on recruitment activities, business prospects, and any challenges faced.
  • Manage workflows independently and seek performance improvements actively.
