Responsibilities and Expectations
The Recruitment Consultant will specialize in delivering expert search services for Front Office Financial Services and Senior Finance Portfolio roles. While prior experience in these sectors is advantageous, candidates with solid transferable skills will receive comprehensive training. Key responsibilities include business development, consistent billing, and engaging effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 12 months recruitment or executive search experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience within Financial Services sector is a plus but not compulsory.
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities.
- Track record of generating consistent revenue through placements.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with candidates and clients across hierarchical levels.
