About the Role
Join Supporting Education Group, the leading education services platform in the UK, as an Education Recruitment Consultant based in our Preston office. Offering a competitive base salary ranging from 3,000 to 34,000 depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission with 5,000 to 20,000 OTE. This full-time onsite role requires a UK driving licence and access to a car due to frequent travel to schools across your designated area.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with schools and educators to thoroughly understand their staffing requirements.
- Expand and maintain an extensive database of qualified educators and trusted school contacts.
- Stay informed about trends in education to offer innovative and market-leading recruitment solutions.
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure high-quality educator placements that meet school needs.
- Consistently meet and surpass recruitment targets, with achievements rewarded accordingly.
Candidate Profile
- A genuine passion for education and the desire to positively influence learning environments.
- Demonstrated sales acumen, preferably with experience in recruitment, direct sales, or customer service, thriving in a results-driven setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a people-focused approach, excelling at building durable relationships in dynamic and goal-oriented environments.
- Resilience and proactive attitude to overcome challenges within a fast-changing workplace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high service standards.
- Must have access to a car and a valid UK driving licence to support client visits and relationship building in the field.
