Key Responsibilities
- Establish and expand client relationships through proactive business development and consultative account management.
- Source, evaluate, and engage high-caliber candidates using targeted methods and networking strategies.
- Build expertise in your recruitment sector and develop specialized recruitment offerings.
- Work collaboratively within a performance-driven team to exchange insights and meet objectives.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate candidate/client records using Salesforce.

- Open to individuals with diverse backgrounds, including those with recruitment experience looking for advancement.
