About the Role

We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join us as a Recruitment Consultant, either as a trainee or with prior experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and enjoy building meaningful relationships with candidates while delivering top-notch recruitment services.

You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager, gaining valuable mentorship and development to establish yourself as a credible recruitment professional. Within 12 to 24 months, average earnings for new hires can reach £50,000 OTE or more.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment industry experience.
• A confident, resilient personality with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt within demanding work conditions.

Additional Information

• Work schedule runs Monday through Friday, full-time, permanent basis.
