Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in high-volume phone outreach to identify and connect with potential candidates.
• Promote and explain job opportunities to prospective talent effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to facilitate successful placements.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales targets and KPIs in a sales-driven environment.

• Recent graduates with a strong ambition to excel in recruitment and sales.
• Demonstrated resilience and determination to succeed, comfortable with rejection and persistence in outreach activities.
• No prior recruitment experience is necessary; motivation and a willingness to learn are key.
