Role Overview

We are currently looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment to take full ownership of hiring assignments. The successful candidate will manage client and candidate engagements, contribute to business expansion, and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment projects from initial vacancy briefing through to candidate placement.
• Source potential candidates through online job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to evaluate fit for client roles.
• Maintain talent pools for current and future recruitment demands.
• Build and nurture client relationships to understand their hiring needs effectively.
• Organize interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Facilitate negotiation of offers and support onboarding of selected candidates.
• Keep accurate records using ATS/CRM systems.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between 2 and 5 years of recruitment experience, whether agency or in-house.
• Strong experience managing vacancies and maintaining candidate relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems/CRM platforms.
• Experience working in a full 360-degree recruitment capacity.
• Great organizational skills and time management capabilities.
• Capability to work autonomously while handling multiple priorities.
• Positive mindset and eagerness to acquire new skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business development or client-facing roles.
• Exposure to recruitment in professional services, technology, healthcare, engineering, energy, construction, or related industries.
