Responsibilities
- Establish and expand your client portfolio by actively engaging companies, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored talent acquisition solutions.
- Identify and source mid to senior-level professionals, becoming an expert in your recruitment market segment.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates by aligning their career aspirations with suitable opportunities.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, managing feedback, facilitating smooth interactions, negotiating offers, and ensuring long-term successful partnerships between clients and candidates.
