Role Overview

We are expanding and seek a Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore office. This role is pivotal in broadening our SAP talent and client networks regionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes by sourcing, engaging, and placing SAP professionals in both permanent and contract positions.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and direct outreach to develop a robust SAP talent pool.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with SAP candidates and hiring managers, understanding their specific needs to achieve successful placements.
• Oversee contractor management by supporting deployed SAP consultants, facilitating contract renewals, and ensuring seamless coordination.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about SAP hiring trends and contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding our SAP network.

Candidate Profile

• Between one to three years of experience in recruitment, preferably within SAP, IT, or technology sectors; graduates with strong enthusiasm for recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge or familiarity with SAP modules is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A sales-oriented approach demonstrated by effective relationship building, target achievement, and ability to close hires.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients.
• A proactive and resilient attitude, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environments.
