Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant based in East Singapore who is eager to connect talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and partnering closely with clients and candidates to deliver tailored hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment process including posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening, conducting interviews, managing offers, and facilitating onboarding.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with both clients and job seekers.
• Understand the hiring requirements of clients and offer effective recruitment strategies.
• Explore and cultivate new business prospects while maintaining and expanding current client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers and clients to design recruitment approaches.
• Keep abreast of trends and developments within the recruitment and industry landscape.
• Enhance recruitment methods and operational processes continually.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similarly related area.
• Experience working in agency recruitment, especially in or servicing the financial services sector, is an advantage.
• Possession of CEI Certification is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about recruitment and client engagement.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
