After rapid growth, the company is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their small but fast-growing team. This role offers the chance to build a new market and contractor portfolio from the ground up, making a substantial impact within the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture client relationships throughout the GCC.
• Develop new business opportunities via outbound calls, meetings, LinkedIn networking, and referrals.
• Expand and manage a specialized contractor book in a high-growth market.
• Identify and source specialist technology contractors.
• Handle client and candidate communications professionally.
• Conduct negotiations on terms, oversee offer management, and successfully close deals.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in recruitment within any sector.
• Comfortable handling full 360 recruitment responsibilities.
• Driven by commercial goals and confident in business development activities.
• Aspirations to build and grow a market rather than just manage it.
