About the Role

Join TeacherActive as an ambitious Recruitment Consultant based in Exeter, where you'll engage in a dynamic and rewarding environment that connects educators with excellent job opportunities. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from A328,000 to A339,950 along with unlimited commission without any earning threshold.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and securing new recruitment business opportunities.
  • Developing strong partnerships with schools to understand their staffing needs.
  • Visiting clients and participating in networking events to expand contacts.
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates effectively.
  • Maintaining and managing the candidate database and pipeline.
  • Meeting or exceeding established KPIs and sales targets.
  • Collaborating with sales and compliance teams for seamless onboarding processes.
