Role Overview

As a Recruiting Specialist based in Berlin, you will maintain ongoing communication with candidates primarily from commercial, finance and accounting, and IT backgrounds. Your role is pivotal in uniting companies with suitable candidates alongside the sales team, actively contributing to building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specialists and executives in commercial fields.
• Proactively identify and approach candidates through social media, job portals, and networks, presenting attractive job openings.
• Evaluate applications, conduct interviews via phone, virtual platforms, and in person; advise candidates on career prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure excellent candidate experience and maintain long-term network relationships.
• Innovate recruitment strategies and create compelling job advertisements.

Candidate Profile

• Completed university degree or commercial training background.
• Interest in dynamic recruitment or applicant management roles with enthusiasm for guiding individuals in their career development.
• Driven professional who enjoys operational work including active sourcing, talent management, multi-channel recruiting, and skilled interview leadership.
• Sales-oriented recruiter capable of building and nurturing a strong network effortlessly.
• Confident and articulate communication style effective in attracting future high-potential candidates.
• Strong interpersonal intuition with well-developed communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience with modern recruitment tools such as Xing TalentManager and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
