Role Overview

As Recruiting Partner for the DACH region, you will be pivotal in driving project execution, adoption, and revenue generation. This role blends deep recruitment expertise with strategic client consultancy, ensuring the best match for freelance talent while elevating user experience. You will operate closely with account managers and be a key driver of Malt's commercial success within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and challenge client project briefs and perform detailed qualification interviews to identify top-fit freelancer profiles.
• Create compelling business proposals that empower clients to utilize the Malt platform independently.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Key Account Managers to finalize recruitment, secure budgets, and ensure smooth delivery across Enterprise and SMB clients.
• Coach high-level freelancers on utilizing Malt’s AI matching algorithms effectively.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance AI-driven platform innovation.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Over 3 years of impactful experience in sales, recruitment, customer success, or project management within fast-paced B2B environments such as SaaS startups or consulting firms.
• Exceptional resilience, organization, and efficiency, particularly under high workload conditions.
• Fluency in German at a native level and full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong aptitude for complex algorithmic matching and AI utilization within the Future of Work context.
• Effective management of diverse stakeholders, balancing demands from enterprise clients, freelancers, and internal teams.
• A builder’s mindset coupled with high technological affinity and innovative thinking.
• Customer-focused and energetic communicator who thrives in driving business outcomes.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit, avoiding lone-wolf attitudes, and able to maintain composure and clarity under pressure.

Onboarding and Development Plan

• Within the first 30 days: Complete structured onboarding in Paris, establish a mentorship relationship, and begin mastering Malt’s matching system with initial operational tasks.
• By day 60: Attain full autonomous operation including conducting qualification interviews and delivering business proposals to clients.
• By day 90: Take full ownership of personal pipeline and achieve measurable improvements in match speed, conversion rates, and revenue generation.

Additional Information

• Work arrangement is hybrid remote with three days in the office and two days working from home.
• Annual leave entitlement is 30 days per year.
