Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment cycles independently, covering various levels from volume hiring at junior roles to selecting senior leadership and CXO candidates.
- Source prospective candidates utilizing multiple channels, such as job portals, professional networks, referrals, and proactive headhunting techniques.
- Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates to present only those who align well with job requirements.
- Oversee candidates throughout the recruitment stages including interviews, job offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring briefs, providing feedback when job descriptions do not align with market realities.
- Maintain and update recruitment pipelines and trackers on a daily basis to ensure organized workflow and accountability.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between 2 to 6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.
- Demonstrate a strong record with quantifiable metrics such as daily candidate submissions, monthly placements, and cumulative CTC values recruited.
- Experience in handling a combination of high-volume hiring and recruitment for specialized or senior roles.
- Exhibit proficient sourcing methods extending beyond traditional job boards.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Possess personal laptop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet home office setup conducive to remote work.
Working Schedule
Workweek runs from Monday through Saturday, with the first and fourth Saturdays off each month.
