Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Recruiter position, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, involves sourcing and assessing candidates for multiple roles primarily through social media, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Daily duties include grasping client hiring requirements, shortlisting suitable applicants, coordinating with the back-end team, and organizing interview schedules. The recruiter also maintains candidate databases, conducts follow-ups with applicants and employers, and ensures comprehensive recruitment support to achieve timely hires. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to improve workflows and provide an excellent recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Work closely with hiring managers to align candidate requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing and screening using social media, messaging apps, and job boards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and employers.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple job openings and coordinate interviews.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes including role analysis, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms, with a readiness to adopt new technologies as the company evolves digitally.
• Ability to work on-site within the Mumbai Metropolitan area and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
• Previous recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition experience is a plus; graduation in any discipline is preferred.
