Role Overview

Join our six-member recruiting team! As a Recruiter specializing in technical roles, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from consulting our specialist departments to successfully filling positions. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Whether it's electricians, service technicians, site managers, or engineers, you will identify and secure the right talents for our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and act as a sparring partner to our leadership on prioritized vacancies.
- Proactively initiate contact and offer a fast-track process for top candidates to optimize the candidate experience.
- Manage the recruitment process within our applicant management system d.vinci, alongside SEO and reach optimization of existing job postings.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and continuously improve our recruitment processes.
Required Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or degree focusing on personnel, human resources, business psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably within a technical environment.
- Strong communication skills, engaged, motivated, and a team player.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Proficiency in German at least at C1 level.
