Overview

Workistry is an international recruitment networking platform utilized by over 10 million professionals. It connects recruiters, hiring managers, and job seekers globally, facilitating efficient and meaningful professional networking. Rwanda is a key market in the company's global expansion, and this role plays a crucial part in that strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers in Rwanda onto the Workistry platform.
• Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies to foster talent partnerships.
• Design and implement a growth plan focused on expanding Workistry's recruiter network throughout Rwanda.
• Handle candidate sourcing, evaluation, and alignment with partner employers’ requirements.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry gatherings, and professional conferences within Rwanda.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a bachelor's degree.
• At least three years of recruiting experience within Rwanda, either agency-based or in-house.
• A well-established professional network including hiring managers, HR experts, or recruiters in Rwanda.
• Demonstrated history of successful candidate placements across various industry sectors.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable leveraging digital recruiting technologies such as ATS platforms and networking applications.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 40,000 to 65,000.
