About Curvion Blue and Role Overview
Curvion Blue is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on sourcing, assessing, and securing top-tier sales professionals. This role deviates from traditional recruiting methods, requiring proactive pipeline building and targeting high-performing sales talent tailored for high-ticket sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for sales positions including setters, closers, and sales leaders.
- Implement diverse sourcing techniques such as leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, community networks, and creative outreach strategies.
- Execute candidate screening and evaluation processes that gauge experience, motivation, sales aptitude, and cultural fit beyond resume keywords.
- Analyze sales metrics and KPIs like quotas, close rates, and revenue generation to identify truly high performers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle involving coordination, pipeline tracking, and offer management.
- Enhance candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, engagement, and positive representation of Curvion Blue.
- Maintain and report accurate recruiting data and metrics to optimize hiring processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to systematically refine recruitment strategies and improve candidate quality.
- Support onboarding by ensuring candidate engagement from offer acceptance to start date and tracking early performance indicators.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting with a focus on sales roles.
- Competence in sourcing candidates proactively rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
- Ability to evaluate and interpret sales resumes critically to discern genuine experience from embellishment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage productively with sales professionals.
- Comfort operating in performance-driven environments that rely on metrics and structured evaluation.
- Organized, responsive, capable of managing multiple openings and candidates simultaneously.
- Experience speaking professionally with diverse candidates and adjusting to fast-changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- Prior sales experience, especially with high-ticket sales roles (setters, closers, account executives, sales managers).
- Previous recruitment for high-value sales positions.
- Exposure to coaching, consulting, SaaS, or agency sales environments.
- Understanding of sales compensation and the ability to discuss earning potential effectively.
- Established relationships within the sales talent community, especially for remote sales roles.
Additional Information
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM aligned with your time zone.
- Compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $80,000 annually.
Who Should Not Apply
- Those who prefer passive recruitment focused on inbound candidates exclusively.
- Individuals uncomfortable with high-volume outbound sourcing and fast decision-making environments.
- Candidates seeking highly structured, slow-paced corporate sectors or lacking prior recruitment experience.
