Overview

Dragados UK & Ireland is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to join their expanding team, driving recruitment efforts across the UK & Ireland. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract and secure high-caliber candidates for a variety of positions, spanning from entry-level to senior management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end management of recruitment processes.
• Source, attract, and engage candidates using strong direct search strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure recruitment aligns with business growth objectives.
• Manage candidate interviews, provide market intelligence, and perform salary benchmarking.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
• Support workforce planning initiatives and contribute to employer branding and recruitment events to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven recruitment experience within construction or engineering sectors, handling extensive stakeholder relationships.
• Direct sourcing capabilities with demonstrated volume hiring success, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience screening and interviewing candidates across all levels.
• Good knowledge of recruitment principles and employment legislation.
• Previous experience in an internal recruitment role.
• Proficiency with MS Office, job portals, and recruitment applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Understanding of Right to Work procedures; familiarity with contractor recruitment and IR35 is advantageous.
