Overview
The Recruiter position at Lusail International Circuit is designed to strategically manage the supply and demand of human capital to fulfill both operational and strategic objectives of Lusail Circuit Sports Club (LCSC). The role extends beyond simple job advertisement, incorporating comprehensive candidate experience management, proactive talent sourcing, and employer branding initiatives. Integral to this role is driving Qatarization efforts to bolster the representation of Qatari nationals within the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for both core and non-core staff, tailoring sourcing strategies according to job complexity, seniority, scarcity, and volume.
- Utilize expertise in job analysis, design, and evaluation to carefully review staffing requests from various departments.
- Critically assess and challenge recruitment requirements to ensure alignment with organizational standards regarding qualifications, experience, and competencies.
- Contribute to workforce planning by recognizing recurring hiring needs, available talent pools, recruitment risks, and roles needing proactive candidate pipeline development.
- Create focused sourcing and engagement strategies to attract Qatari candidates, recent graduates, and early-career professionals.
- Support initiatives aimed at developing and retaining Qatari employees to enhance their long-term career prospects with LCSC.
Additional Duties
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Provide support for probation evaluations, contract management, and employee confirmations.
- Manage documentation such as employment letters, certificates, and other HR communications.
- Maintain HR system data accuracy and support system administration tasks.
- Engage in HR-related projects, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience applying Civil Human Resources Law in practice.
- At least five years of professional experience in human resources.
- Proven track record in specialist recruitment and managing complex, high-volume hiring processes.
- Strong capability in job analysis, candidate assessment, talent sourcing, and job design.
- Familiarity with Qatarization, nationalization, graduate hiring, or local talent development is highly valued.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, HRCI, SHRM, or equivalents are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Recruitment experience must focus on strategic talent acquisition rather than third-party labor supply or manpower provision.
