About the Role
Google is seeking a Programs Hiring Recruiter to join their APAC Talent Engagement team based in Singapore. This role involves overseeing recruitment strategies and execution for early career and specialized hiring programs such as Campus and gReach, essential to fulfilling key regional priorities. You will manage end-to-end recruiting processes, foster collaborations with business stakeholders and product recruiting leads, and draw data insights to streamline hiring effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Identify and hire high-quality candidates in competitive markets to fulfill regional hiring needs for cohorts including gReach, traineeships, internships, and new graduate programs.
- Ensure a smooth and transparent candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Oversee and implement key operational elements for early career recruitment programs, guaranteeing precision and engagement consistency.
- Work cross-functionally to craft data-backed sourcing strategies and outreach initiatives that develop diverse, sustainable talent pipelines tailored to local market demands.
- Collaborate with product recruiting leads and other partners to align workforce planning, evaluation processes, and improve recruitment conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing, or recruitment program management.
- Background in campus or early career recruiting or specialized program hiring is required.
- Proven ability to design and implement recruitment strategies effectively.
- Preferred: aptitude for working in ambiguous, fast-paced, data-driven environments and building trusted relationships internally and externally.
