Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team at Microsoft in Singapore. The successful candidate will be adept at engaging with new candidates frequently and evaluating their potential through insightful questioning, while maintaining exceptional organizational skills to build and sustain a talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update a qualified pool of candidates for upcoming openings
• Conduct interviews either by phone or face-to-face
• Assess candidates using resumes and interview feedback to decide their suitability
• Act as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries
• Consistently achieve weekly targets related to candidate outreach via calls and emails

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively
• Strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Energetic individual with passion for recruiting
• Proven track record of meeting assigned goals and quotas
