Job Summary

This position involves working scheduled hours aligned to US time zones, with complimentary cab transportation provided for both the commute and return trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates by utilizing diverse sourcing channels such as social media, job portals, and employee referrals.
• Perform initial evaluations of applicant resumes and cover letters to shortlist potential candidates that satisfy job criteria.
• Liaise with hiring managers to capture role requirements and ensure efficient coordination of interviews.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, from application receipt through job offer extension.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 0 to 12 months experience in recruitment or a related discipline; recent graduates or freshers are welcome to apply.
• For those with experience, familiarity with US staffing market norms and practices is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with clients, applicants, and team members.
