Role Overview
As a Recruiter focused on research, you will leverage your investigative skills to identify and engage with suitable candidates. Whether you have prior recruiting experience or are transitioning from a different field, your drive to understand relationships, work independently, and communicate clearly will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source ideal candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, XING, online research, databases, direct contacts, and creative methods by recognizing links between industries, roles, and career paths.
- Manage search projects from planning through candidate pre-selection, keeping schedules and subsequent steps organized while working autonomously with our tools and processes.
- Conduct initial telephone interviews, craft personalized messages, and maintain professional, respectful, and reliable communication.
- Collaborate closely with consultants to drive search projects forward efficiently, prioritizing tasks and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidate Profile
- Enthusiastic problem-solver capable of understanding people, companies, roles, and markets deeply, connecting information and thinking beyond obvious solutions.
- Trustworthy communicator who expresses ideas clearly, engages empathetically over the phone, and builds rapport through attentive listening.
