Position Overview

As a Recruiter at BBDO Germany in Berlin, you will oversee current and future staff requirements, coordinating closely with hiring departments to align job profiles, postings, and recruitment strategies. You will actively search for suitable candidates across all agency sectors, maintain our recruitment database, handle incoming applications, create job advertisements, and place them on appropriate job platforms. Preparing and conducting interviews, representing the agency internally and externally, and supporting special initiatives like talent management and employer branding fall within your scope.

Candidate Profile

• Proven recruitment experience within an advertising agency environment
• Skilled at evaluating creative portfolios
• Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Quick learner, thorough and organized
• Enjoys administrative tasks
• Works independently and confidentially
• Team player with initiative
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
