About the Position
We are seeking a proactive and target-focused Permanent Staffing Recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment process for our diverse client base operating across various sectors. This role demands expertise in lateral hiring, sourcing candidates, liaising with clients, managing interviews, and handling offer to joining processes effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent staffing assignments spanning multiple industries and roles.
- Source suitable candidates leveraging platforms such as job portals, referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
- Interpret client requirements and job profiles to identify appropriate candidates.
- Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate skills, experience, salary expectations, notice periods, and career goals.
- Deliver qualified candidate profiles to clients within agreed timelines.
- Organize interviews between applicants and clients, ensuring prompt feedback collection.
- Maintain continuous communication with candidates during selection, offer, resignation, and joining phases.
- Manage salary negotiations and candidate expectations to enhance offer acceptance rates and timely joining.
- Keep detailed recruitment trackers, databases, interview evaluations, and daily reports up to date.
- Develop and preserve a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to guarantee smooth recruitment execution.
- Meet assigned recruitment and revenue targets through successful placements.
- Reduce candidate dropouts and ensure an excellent experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within recruitment consultancies or permanent staffing firms.
- Proven ability to manage lateral hiring and multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong familiarity with sourcing strategies, job portals, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a target-driven environment and adhere to recruitment deadlines.
- Robust follow-up skills to manage candidates seamlessly until joining.
