Key Responsibilities
As part of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume hiring processes, improving recruitment workflows, enhancing communication strategies, and integrating automation to streamline operations. You will also play a crucial role in redesigning our onboarding program and refining our employee retention strategies during this exciting phase of growth.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
- Proficient in conducting candidate interviews.
- Strong initiative to optimize and improve recruitment processes.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- A positive, forward-thinking attitude aligned with the company’s growth mindset.
Tools and Systems
- Cezzane ATS/HRIS for applicant and human resource management.
- One Touch platform for scheduling and compliance tracking.
- Google Suite including email and communication tools.
- Microsoft Power Suite for generating reports.
- Telephone communication emphasized for maintaining personal contact with candidates.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in our Clane office with flexible working hours.
