About the Role

TalentDome Staffing seeks a highly motivated, resilient, and ambitious Recruiter to actively source and engage top-tier candidates. This role involves managing candidate pipelines, driving outreach efforts, and playing a key role within a dynamic recruitment team focused on career growth and high earning potential.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: aligned with Central Time (CT) hours to serve the US market
• Friday: aligned with South African Standard Time (SAST) hours

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify talented candidates using digital platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Perform intensive outbound outreach including cold calls and direct messages to screen potential hires.
• Organize and manage candidate information utilizing Gmail, Google Sheets, and internal databases.
• Maintain clear and persuasive communication throughout the recruitment process to build rapport with candidates.
• Generate leads and develop outreach templates for clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries.
• Achieve weekly targets related to outbound communications.

Key Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with talent for quickly building rapport.
• Comfort and confidence in making high-volume cold calls and handling rejection.
• Strong digital skills and familiarity with Gmail, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage shifting schedules across different time zones efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree required.
