Job Overview
Travbest Travel & Tours is seeking a Recruiter to manage its remote recruitment workflow based in Canada. This role involves coordinating destination-management assignments across Italy and Mediterranean locations, overseeing HR administrative tasks, and handling interview scheduling to ensure punctuality, data integrity, and transparency throughout the hiring process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage assigned recruitment tasks specific to Canada, focusing on destination-management reporting, onboarding assistance, and maintaining confidentiality to ensure deadlines are clearly monitored.
- Evaluate incoming data with HR-related administration, status updates, and verification of information accuracy to identify and address any gaps or discrepancies before progressing to subsequent steps in the Canada workflow.
- Monitor ongoing actions through interview coordination and thorough record-keeping to guarantee completeness, accountability, and adherence to timelines.
- Document decisions and transitions using onboarding protocols and confidentiality standards, ensuring that all workflow information is accessible for authorized team members without requiring history reconstruction.
- Support quality control through status monitoring, data validation, and destination-management reporting, escalating any unresolved accuracy issues promptly.
Success Criteria
Effective performance is measured by the ability to maintain controlled recruitment-led processes, comprehensive record maintenance, and interview coordination that reinforce deadlines, accuracy, and accountability. Completed tasks must provide clear evidence trails, and all unresolved concerns should have designated ownership.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling destination-management workflows related to Italy and the Mediterranean, along with strong HR administrative skills and confidentiality management in a Canadian remote context.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting ownership, status, and subsequent steps clearly and concisely.
- Ability to uphold data quality, recruitment-driven documentation, and compliance with the Renata Travel Destination Management Company workflow standards.
- Sound decision-making skills regarding interview coordination, record upkeep, and escalation requirements within the recruitment workflow.
